Since we operate in conjunction with our local partners in different countries, refunds, changes of place, transfers to third parties, date changes, name changes or reimbursements are not made. A reservation means that we have already paid the corresponding reservations and tours in advance, therefore we do not accept cancellations. On the other hand, we reserve the right to cancel any tour due to situations beyond our control such as: weather conditions, effects of nature, insufficient number of participants or any type of unforeseen circumstances that force the cancellation of said tour. If a previously confirmed trip is canceled and it is not possible to accommodate the user’s place on another trip or tour of their liking, the payment made will become a credit in their favor to use on a future trip.
